Mitchell Messina has been in the educational field for more than 26 years - as teacher, principal and circuit manager. For the past fourteen years he has been an education consultant assisting South African schools to improve the quality of teaching and learning. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Education degree (Cum Laude). Since 2000 he has been involved with the William Glasser International (WGI) and currently serves on their board. As a Faculty Member of WGI he offers Basic Intensive Training in Choice Theory, Reality Therapy, Glasser Quality Schools and Lead Management. He is also the president of the Association for Choice Theory - South Africa (ACT-SA).
